The college has its own Placement Unit. Dr. S. M. Nalawade, faculty member of this college is the Placement officer.The placement unit is assisted by a team of the students. The unit is housed in three rooms in the college building with the modern facilities. The unit owns a library that contains the books on various issues related to personnel development and general knowledge. This unit contacts various public and private sector companies for on campus and off campus recruitment of the students of this college. The unit also assists the students in preparing the curriculum vita and equips them for the job interview. In addition to this, the unit provides guidance to the students for higher education and prepares them for various competitive examinations.

Our students thrive for continuous improvement, suitable for changing environment and ready to take up any challenge. As a result, they regularly secure placements in the esteemed organizations. The students of this college have secured the jobs in top positions through on and off campus interviews in private tractor industries- John Deere, Mahindra, New Holland, Escorts, TAFE and Sonalika; irrigation companies- Jain Irrigation, Plastro Plassan, Nagarjuna-Palma, Netafim, Agriplast, DHI, EPC, Premier, Finolex, Supreme, Kissan, Kirloskar, Crompton, KSB, Texmo etc; NGOs- BAIF, WOTR, Indo German Watershed Development Programme, Banks- SBI, HDFC, AXIS, Dena, Union Bank of India, Bank of Badoda, IDBI, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI; Bank of India; retail sectors- Reliance, Subhiksha, Spinach etc. Our students are also working in software companies-Infosys, IBM, TCS, Wipro, MBT etc. 2012-13 is successful year as many students were selected in Swaraj Mahindra and Escort Tractors.

On the front of higher education, the progress of our students during last ten years is very encouraging and about 60% students opt for higher education. Our students continuously occupy the top slots in the national level competitive examinations for higher studies such as GATE, JRF (ICAR), MBA, IRMA and NITIE. The students of this college were All India toppers in ICAR-JRF (Agricultural Engineering) examinations conducted in 2006 and 2007. The students of this college have secured first two ranks of ICAR-JRF (Water Science and Technology) for five years during a period of 10 years. We take pride to mention here that the students of this college mostly secure several positions in first 10 ranks for IIT GATE examination, and often the first rank. It is worthy to note here that out of total intake of 64 students
